Making Toner for Dry Skin and Recommendations

Dry skin is the most prone to redness and irritation. Dry skin needs to be moisturized regularly. Toner cleanses the skin deeply, and some toners moisturize the skin. Some women also use toner to remove their makeup, or after cleansing, washing, and drying their makeup, they wipe their skin with toner, removing makeup residue and deeply cleansing the skin. Regular use of toner prevents the formation of pimples and blackheads on the skin because toner cleans pores and dirt on the skin. Skin that regularly uses toner has a healthier and more vibrant appearance compared to other skin types.
